Paladino……..can you say “Oh Ya”.

Many thanks to my friend and co-worker Mitch for bringing me back some Paladino from Zoka.  I’ll be dialing this in my home grinder tomorrow, and then Mitch and I will be using the Mazzer at the roastery in the afternoon.  Zoka does a great job with this blend so I’m really looking forward to this.
